The feedback I’ve received about the Red Sea post — your emails, shares, comments, tweets — just amazes me. I have just sat here and read them through tears — typing this to you through tears — to tell you how much they mean to me. I wanted to respond to each one individually, but here it is already Friday night and I’m going out of town tomorrow so time is running out.
I do need you to know, though.

Simply saying “thank you” just sounds clumsy and too small, but I feel like you “get” my heart even through clumsy words…. so you’ll understand when I just say I am overwhelmed by your kindness. You make me want to pour that kindness out to others too.
It amazes me how God connects hearts, and He has overwhelmingly blessed mine through you. Thank you.

Melanie this my first time commenting but, have thoroughly enjoyed your inspiration and candid posts. I’d like to thank you for your friendship and outstretched hand of understanding and empathy ~ I try to always keep an eternal perspective to everything that does and doesn’t happen in my life circumstances since Heavenly Father sees all things and, will always prod us toward that which will bless both temporally & spiritually. Every Red Sea experience is a wise, timely and needed stretch of faith, coming to know God better.
